Key Quality Control Practices
01 Raw Material Inspection
Our plastic pallets have a high load capacity, making them ideal for transporting and storing bulky materials such as flour sacks, chemical drums, and industrial parts. Additionally, steel tubes can be embedded within the pallet structure, enabling them to handle heavier loads while maintaining structural integrity. The maximum load capacity of our plastic pallets can reach 4 tons static load and 1 ton dynamic load.
Supplier Selection
The raw material quality control process starts with rigorous supplier selection. We evaluate each supplier based on factors such as production capacity, quality assurance, market reputation, and ethical and environmental business practices to ensure that all raw material suppliers meet our high standards.
Sampling Inspection
When sampling and inspecting the appearance of plastic particles, it is necessary to avoid defects such as large quantities of bubbles and uneven sizes, so as to prevent deviations in the quality of the finished product due to differences in raw materials.
Laboratory Testing
Our in-house laboratory will test the strength, fluidity, density, impact resistance, etc. of raw materials to evaluate their superior performance.
02 Quality Control of Production
Throughout the production process, we implement stringent quality control measures to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Precise operation of equipment, continuous mold management, and thorough inspections at each stage guarantee the consistency and reliability of every product we produce.
Injection Molding Machine Operation
When operating an injection molding machine, we follow the operating procedures to ensure that the injection molding pressure, temperature, time and other parameters are set accurately to avoid product defects. During the injection molding process, pay close attention to the operation of the machine and adjust the parameters in time to meet production needs. At the same time, we regularly perform maintenance and servicing on the injection molding machine, check the operation of the heating system, cooling system, hydraulic system and other components, and ensure that the equipment is in good operating condition.
Mold Management
Before using the plastic pallet mold, we will first check whether it is clean and complete to ensure that there is no damage or impurities inside the mold. Because the cleanliness of the mold has a significant impact on the quality of the plastic pallet products produced, we will clean the mold surface regularly. When producing plastic pallets, controlling the temperature of the mold is also extremely important. In order to effectively control the quality of plastic pallets, we will set the appropriate mold temperature based on the characteristics of the raw materials and production requirements.
