There are many specifications for the production of plastic pallets using injection molding. Choose the appropriate mold according to the size and style required by the customer.
According to customer requirements, engineers mix the raw materials (HDPE/PP plastic, color powder, preservatives, toughening agents, flame retardants, etc.) in a certain proportion to meet the needs of different usage scenarios, and the mixer mixes them evenly.
The feeder puts the raw materials into the high-speed injection molding machine.

Plastic pallet production requires workers to trim, remove burrs, install anti-slip pads, and check the appearance of the pallets before they can be put into storage.
