Appearance Design
We implemented a different design by replacing the external door hinges with reinforced slots on the inside of the RHS. This allows us to load more boxes per stack, thereby saving our customers on shipping costs.
Structure and Function Design
Our lifting eyes have been tested and are manufactured using a one-piece forging process, making them stronger and more aesthetically pleasing than welded lifting eyes. Each trash bin is equipped with eight lifting eyes—four shorter ones and four longer ones—for emptying.
Crane Lifting Ring
Adding crane lifting rings to the product greatly improves safety and efficiency during loading, unloading, and transportation. The lifting rings provide reliable lifting points for cranes or hoisting equipment, helping the waste container remain stable and balanced during operation.
