Before production, we need to confirm the dimensions on the drawings with the customer to better meet their needs.
Based on customer requirements, we can customize products using 4mm or 3mm thick steel plates to meet customers’ needs in various applications.
Place the steel plate on the laser cutting machine to cut it
After workers weld the raw materials, they use an angle grinder to remove excess weld slag, ensuring the welded surface remains smooth and making it easier to apply powder coating.
We have a professional powder-coating workshop where every unit undergoes high-temperature powder coating. We can customize a variety of colors and logos.
